Initial position

Lie on your back.

Procedure

  1. Join the legs and lift them slowly
  2. With a deep inhalation, bring the legs to the back of the head and touch the finger of the foot to the ground. Join the hands and put them behind the head firmly.
  3. Return to the initial position slowly with deep inhalation.

Duration

Half minute to one minute.

Benefits

Defects of spine, neck and stomach are destroyed. Indigestion, obacity, diabetes, hypertension are cured by this Asana.
