Initial position

Lie on your back on the ground.

Procedure

  1. Press the palms to the ground.
  2. Bring both the legs near the loins. Maintain a distance of one foot between the legs.
  3. Lift the body from chest to knees. Head and shoulders should be on the ground and should support the whole body. Hands should be beside the foot. Lift the body until the chin touches the chest.

Duration

Half minute to two minutes.

Benefits

Ailments of throat are solved. Neck is strengthened. Thighs, knees, waist and stomach become flawless.
