Lift both the legs simultaneously with a deep inhalation. Lift them up to ninty degrees.
Whole body should be supported by the neck. To maintain the balance hold the waist firmly by the hands.
Move the legs in the opposite direction simultaneously. Breathing should follow the movements of the legs. You can do up to 20 movements.
If you hold the legs perpendiculerly to the ground without any movement. Then it is called Sarvangasana.
